What’s new?

Easygenerator’s newest feature, Groups, allow for better collaboration and easy management or authors and courses; improvements to our PowerPoint import feature; images can be displayed in full screen in the all-in-one template; replies to comments can be done directly within the editor.    

New feature: Groups

Offered exclusively for our Enterprise customers, Groups allow admins of the organization to place other members into subsets with varying permissions and access to specific courses. While the owners and admins have access to all courses within the organization, members of a Group only have access to the courses that are shared with them as co-authors. You can learn more about Groups here.  

PowerPoint import improvements  

We’ve made some improvements to our new PowerPoint import feature to make it even easier to transform your PowerPoint presentations into interactive e-learning. Now, the import feature will support both audio and  video files. If your existing PowerPoint includes these files, they will be uploaded into the course editor.   

Course images displayed in full screen  

Learners will now be able to display course images in full screen. When full-screen mode is enabled, the image will be shown in full definition. Keep in mind that if the original image definition is small, it will also appear “small” when in full-screen mode. 

Add replies to comments directly in the editor  

To make it even easier for you to collaborate with your co-authors, you can add or check replies to comments directly within the course editor. Now, it is possible to do this from both the Comment tab and review spots in the course.
