Auto-translation upgrade

For the past month, Easygenerator authors have been able to automatically translate their courses into 75 languages with just a few simple clicks. Now, all courses that are created with this auto-translate process will automatically be assigned two tags: the language chosen (for example, “French”) and “auto-translated”. This makes it easier for authors to find and sort their courses in the library. Learn more about our auto-translation add-on here.

New interface language

Easygenerator already supported 9 languages in the Editor: English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Ukrainian, Chinese, and Portuguese (Brazil). Starting this month, Portuguese (Portugal) is also available for our users. This gives Easygenerator authors even more options to customize the user interface to their preferred language. We have plans to add even more languages to this list, so stay tuned for future updates!

More accessibility in the PowerPoint Converter

Easygenerator authors can create a course by converting a PowerPoint presentation with the click of a button. Now, this process is even more seamless. When you choose to convert a PowerPoint presentation into an e-learning course, any existing alt text will be automatically imported to match with the imported images.

Improved resources and courses management

We want to make it as easy as possible for our authors to manage their courses and resources in the Easygenerator library. That’s why we’ve now added two exciting features to simplify this process:

• Transfer resources: Authors can now transfer resources (in addition to courses) to another account. This is useful for organizations when an author leaves a company and Admins need to transfer all their materials to another Easygenerator author account.
• Download as PDF: You asked, we delivered. Authors can now download their courses created in the All-In-One template as a PDF file.
