What’s new?

Improvements to the content library to make it easier for you to organize and view your documents and images; a fresh look for the “drag and drop” question; Portuguese (from Portugal) and Korean added as a new language; Single Sign-On via SAML 2.0 for learners.  

Preview files in the content library 

Last month, to enhance the user experience of our content library, we added the possibility to edit the titles of your files and search for them by name. This month, we’ve added even more functionality. Now, you can preview your documents in the library without needing to completely open the file.  

New design for “drag and drop” question 

In December, we shared that we’re working to improve the design of all our questions to give them a fresher look. In January, we updated the design for the “drag and drop” question. Now, it’s even easier to create and add interactive elements to your courses. Be sure to look out for even more question improvements in the coming months.  

New languages: Portuguese (from Portugal) and Korean 

Easygenerator is gaining even more popularity with authors and learners around the world. We’ve heard requests for even more languages, which is why we added Portuguese (from Portugal) and Korean to our interface. Now you have more options to tailor courses for your learners, no matter where they are or what language they speak. 

Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML 2.0 in courses  

Available only for Easygenerator’s Enterprise and Team customers, we’ve added another option to establish an integration between your existing platforms and your Easygenerator courses. Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) is the standard for secure Single Sign-On (SSO).  With SAML 2.0 enabled, your learners will be able to directly access courses hosted on Easygenerator without having to create an account.  Learn more about this integration in our help article.
